2018 Goals

Like everyone this time of year I’m working on my list of goals for 2018 and setting a few New Years resolutions.  Since this blog is about running I’ll spare you my personal and financial goals and just talk about my fitness and running goals.  Here are my top 5 goals for 2018.

1) Stay injury free

2) Continue my running streak for all of 2018.

3) Run 1250 miles-  I modified this from my post last month for a few reasons.  If one of my major goals is to run everyday for the year I don’t want to feel like I need to add in a few extra miles just to stay on track for 1500 miles.  That sounded like a recipe for disaster so I droped my goal by 250 miles.

4) Run a Half Marathon in 3 new states.

5) Help a fellow runner-  (This one has my mind spinning so more to come)
